Membership Terms

Free Trials and Promotional Rates

Your membership may begin with a free trial or promotional rate. You may cancel your membership before the end of your trial or promotional period by emailing membership@advisorperks.com. If you continue after the trial, your first payment will be charged at the current non-promotional rate. You may cancel by emailing us before the next renewal date.


Automatic Renewal and Cancellation Policy

Memberships are billed annually and renewed automatically unless canceled. You are responsible for canceling before the anniversary date to avoid renewal charges. Cancellation requests received after the renewal will apply to the next period. No refunds for partial periods are provided. You may cancel your membership by emailing membership@advisorperks.com.


Membership Cancellation Policy

As a member of the Services, you acknowledge and consent to being charged an annual fee, and you accept responsibility for payment of the outstanding portion of the annual fee prior to the cancellation of your membership to the Services. Your membership will be automatically renewed for successive one (1) year renewal periods at the then-current non-promotional rate. 

You are responsible for canceling before the anniversary date to avoid renewal charges. YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR ONGOING MEMBERSHIP TO THE SERVICES BY EMAILING YOUR REQUEST TO CANCEL TO membership@advisorperks.com. The day of the year that you start your membership is your anniversary date. Each membership automatically renews on the anniversary date following the end of the previous one (1) year period. You must notify us by emailing your request to cancel prior to the anniversary date to avoid the following year’s membership fees.

If you cancel your membership, any products or services currently used in relation to the membership, including third-party services, will be either cancelled or increased at standard retail rates. You will no longer have access to discounted products or special services provided through Advisor Perks upon cancellation.

Please note: Access to group health insurance provided by Paychex will also be terminated and not renewed, as it requires an active, paying membership with Advisor Perks.


Billing and Payments

All billing information is subject to our Privacy Policy. Your credit card will be automatically charged through a third-party payment processor. If your payment method is outdated, you authorize us to continue charging your account until you update your payment details. Advisor Perks is not responsible for any fees your credit card provider may charge.


Refund Policy

Refunds are issued at our discretion. You may request a refund by contacting membership@advisorperks.com, and refund decisions will be based on your membership activity.


General Disclaimers

You use the Website and Services at your own risk. The Website, Services, and all Content are provided “as is” and without any warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of the information or services provided on the Website. Advisor Perks is not responsible for third-party content linked from the Website.


Limitation of Liability

Advisor Perks and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Advisor Perks in the previous calendar year.
