What does the setup fee cover?
Snappy Kraken pairs you with a success specialist who helps you maximize the platform (walking you through account setup, showcasing primary campaigns to launch, optimizing your contact lists and email setup, etc).
What is the monthly licensing fee and what does it include?
Members pay a monthly fee, billed on the 1st of each month. This gives them access to all of the content on the platform; which includes complete, customization, automated campaigns that publish landing pages, social media posts, email drip series and more. Our platform currently has over $300k worth of campaign content. In addition, 2 - 3 new campaigns are added every month, so members will always have something to choose from. There is a dashboard that tracks metrics so members can see how individual campaigns are performing, and who is most engaged from their list. Every month, Success Specialists touch base with members to review campaign performance, and to help them plan for and launch upcoming campaigns. This ensures that members are always launching and benefiting from their marketing.
What if I have a small list of prospects?
Snappy Kraken offers social media advertising via Facebook at an additional cost that is designed to attract new leads. If you are starting out with a small number of prospects, you will benefit from boosting your campaigns with paid advertising. There are no magic bullets with advertising, and the process of growing your prospect list takes time and patience. Your success specialist will work with you to keep you informed on impressions, retargeting, clicks, etc. Why Facebook? Because 83% of women & 75% of men use Facebook and we know enough about them to target them effectively with ads. Facebook is by far the most popular social media platform among Americans aged 50+. People also spend a lot of time on Facebook; over 70% of Facebook users visit the site every day.
Do I get on-going support with launching and tracking campaigns?
Yes! Each Snappy Kraken member has a dedicated success specialist. Your membership includes a kick-off call, followed by a launch prep call, reporting call, and then a monthly on-going support call. Your success specialist will work with you on launching new campaigns each month and help you to understand campaign performance and outcomes.
